Our cosy 85m2 apartment is located in Benidorm, less than 15 minutes from the city centre. This bright flat with a private balcony, as well as a private parking space, communal pool and barbecue, is the ideal place to spend a family holiday and enjoy the Poniente Beach which is 800 metres away on foot. Accommodating 3 adults and 2 children (or light adults), you will find everything you need for an excellent stay.
Guests have access to the entire property.
Towels, bedding and hand soap are included.
The kitchen is equipped as per the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions.
The property has air conditioning in the living room via 1 air conditioning unit with a heat pump.
The property has 1 fan in the bedroom.
The hot water works via a gas heater.
In addition, there is access to a communal pool. It is open all year round, without a schedule. There is no key to access it and it is directly accessible from the entrance. There is no lifeguard.
On-street parking is free.
If you come by car, you will have access to a parking space in a covered car park.
You have access to a communal barbecue.

Our check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Sunday, if you arrive outside of this time, please note that the following surcharge will be charged for late check-in

-12:01am to 9:00am (the following day) surcharge of £100
This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the security deposit.
