A short walk from the building, you can enjoy the Rincón de Loix area with a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, health centre, schools,... and having the large market of the city every Wednesday and Sunday at your disposal. The Levante beach is only 10 minutes away from the property.

Our check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm from Monday to Sunday, if you arrive outside this schedule, please note that the following supplement will be charged for late check-in:
- 8:00pm to 10:00pm supplement of £30
- 10:01pm to 12:00am supplement of £50
- 12:01am to 9:00am (of the following day) supplement of £100
This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be charged from the deposit.
