Description
It has 80 m2 of built-up area distributed in 3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with a shower.
The floor has been completely renovated and is in very good condition, it is left fully furnished, ready to move in. It has hot/cold air conditioning and offers sea views.
The apartment is located in the most sought-after area of Benidorm, surrounded by all services. It is almost halfway between the 2 main fabulous beaches, as although it is on the first line of Playa Levante, Playa Poniente is very close by.
The Cala del Mal Pas is also very close to the apartment. Between Playa de Poniente and the old town is this small cove, which can be accessed from the port or from some stairs that go down directly from the Castle.
Playa de Levante, with two kilometres of extension, is undoubtedly one of the most lively and crowded on the Mediterranean coast. Thanks to its orientation, it is possible to sunbathe on it until late in the afternoon in summer and until its setting in winter.
Playa de Poniente extends from the old town to the neighbouring Cala de Finestrat, this beach of more than three kilometres in length, with transparent waters and fine golden sand in which a succession of palm trees give it, if possible, greater appeal.
